I am in urgent need of food- refrigerator & pantry is empty.

I am in urgent need because I’m disabled with a long list of health issues. Plus, my 37 year old son is living with me, declining fast with his health. I don’t know where to turn, I don’t drive. Have a car with 57 miles until gas is out. It’s used for others to take me to doctors appointments.

Please help if you can, I’m diabetic, definitely starting to feel weak. My son’s weight is at its lowest 108. Doctors say he needs to put on weight, one of many things he’s struggling with. He’s having seizures, etc. I feel I’ve hit bottom.
