We can also connect you internally with local donors to help cover smaller emergency needs fast.

Are you looking to aquire NARCAN to prevent overdose?

Do you have transportation to a food shelf? Car or bus? Search for food pantries near you. You will get far more food by going to several food pantries.
If you are you unable to make it to a food pantry due to no access to public transportation, age, illness or lack of child care, we may be able to have a volunteer pick up groceries rom a food shelf and deliver them too you, or raise money for an Uber or Lyft so yu can go yourself. Does this sound like the help you need?
Are you elederly or disabled and have an urgent need for house cleaning? We understand that mobility issues can lead to chores piling up, fast. Let us help.
Do you need a list or resources for homelessness help?
Do you need temporary camping gear like a tent, blankets or gear? If yes, please email our Resource Coordinator to ask if we have equipment available for you to borrow.
Do you need camping equipment to keep long-term? You can put in one request with us per item that you need. Do not submit one request for multiple items.
Do you need a guide for safe places to park your vehicle to sleep?
Have you been homeless for awhile and feel stuck? Have you been couchsurfing, living in a car or SUV, tent city, or independant encampment? Are you not sure if you are ready to get back on your feet, but want someone to talk to about your situation? Please contact our Coordinator Theresa, she is our Homeless Advocate and Mentor. She also has over 25 years experience in spiritual crisis counseling, has been homeless herself, and has almost 20 years of sobriety. Reach out to Theresa and tell her your story and where you want to be in life. No judgement, no expectations. She takes a step-by-step approach to addressing what is holding you back and will hold your hand every step of the way. She accepts both cellular and Wi-Fi calls for appointments. 100% FREE.
Medications
Do you have no form of insurance, are low income, and CAN wait a month for a medication? Please see if you qualify for the SC state program through Welvista. It takes 2 to 3 weeks to process your initial application. Once approved, medications are delivered by mail with a wait time of 7 to 10 additional business days. If you cannot wait a month, ask for help below, but start this process NOW.
If you have insurance, but still cannot afford the medicaton, and the medication is over $45, please email our Resource Manager and lets see if we can get your medication for free (typically takes about a month). Let her know the name of the medication and your yearly income.

Do you need medical supplies or help with an out-of-pocket medical cost under $35?
Do you need in-home care? Are low-income and have a big hospital bill. Or need medical care, but have no insurance? Please view our Medical Assistance Resource Page.
Do you need to switch to a better Medicare health insurance plan outside of open enrollment? Contact Licensed Medicare Broker, Tonya Bell, to see if you qualify for a special enrollment period and to help you find a plan that actually works for you. The Federal Lifeline program remains fully active, providing FREE monthly cell phone service and FREE smartphones to qualifying low-income individuals (SNAP, Medicaid, VA, etc.). Click Here to apply. Are you in urgent need of Carpooling to get to work? If so, try Enterprise Rideshare. If that is too much, try posting for a rideshare on Craigslist or Nextdoor to find others that live and work nerar you. Be vigilent and be safe, if it doesn’t feel right, trust your instinct!
