The application fees are $50.00 per person; the non-refundable administrative fee is $250.00; the deposit is equal to a month’s rent and is due at lease signing or you may obtain a Deposit Alternative through The Guarantors, an invitation will be sent upon request. Our leases at move-in are for a term of 12 months or 6 months with a $100.00 rent increase. We also charge the following monthly fees: $15.00 for trash removal, $5.00 for pest control, $15.00 for our indemnity waiver unless you have your own renter’s insurance coverage, water and sewer billing.
