Donald is an elderly homeless man who does not panhandle and relies entirely on small blessing boxes for food. He is mobility-impaired and very limited in his area. He has become very skinny. He lost his Direct Express card with his Social Security benefits and SC ID, we have obtained his ID and we are waiting for the new card to come in the mail, which may take two weeks. In the meantime, I am requesting an emergency Food Lion gift card for Food Lion for Donald, as it is close by and he cannot carry much, and canned food and such for a week at a time can be very heavy. This will allow him to get produce as well.
